Surfboards. A Sacred Craft indeed.

Shame on me, I didn't cover the event like I did last year. Instead, Rob and I took our Mothers, from NC and WI, to get a good taste of our lifestyle out here in California. I took a few snapshots here and there with my little point and shoot, but I feel like I got a few dirty looks even...
"Is that Maggie?..where is her camera?!"

It's always fun to try to count the legends in attendance, and as usual, it was great to see our local hand-crafting crew Mandala, Moonlight, Hanel, Cherry....
I really did enjoy myself as a gawker this year but I do plan on spending a little more time covering it next year :)
